If you don’t have a dedicated space, you won’t remain as organized as you need to be, and you won’t take the process as seriously. This is an important part of truly making a commitment to this work. Susan decided to create a workspace in the basement. One weekend she painted her new office, bought a desk and filing cabinet and everything she needed to tell the world she was serious about this change. It needs to be meaningful and permanent. When you sit at your desk, you know where to find your material. You can dive into the next step easily.
